Cozumel Vacation Rental-Villa Francesca
Decorated with flair and style and filled with luxurious comforts, Villa Francesca is a virtual jewel nestled amid a typical Cozumel residential neighborhood. A 3 bedroom 3 bath home, you enter the house through large mahogany doors to find Mexican rustic furniture upholstered with imported fabrics, beautiful ceramic tile floors, striking original artwork of many types and mediums and dramatic track lighting.

For your entertainment there's color TV with satellite service that includes movie channels and 75 formats of music, all with the added benefit of surround sound audio. There's also a CD player, VCR and a video library.
The kitchen is well equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and electric juicer. A small serving bar separates it from the large living area.
From the living area, you can see through sliding glass doors out to the large swimming pool, patio and garden area. The pool has ceramic tile and extends from a shallow sunbathing level to a depth of 10 feet. The outdoor BBQ grill has a tiled food preparation area and a sink. There's even an equipment rinse tank and drying station for scuba divers and an outdoor shower to rinse off. There's an oversized palapa for plenty of shade, and outdoor furniture. Take a walk through the gardens in back where there are bougainvilleas, ivies, papayas, lemon trees and various tropical plants. There's even an herb garden for your culinary pleasure should you wish to cook.
A 3 bedroom 3 bath home, 2 of the bedrooms are downstairs with a private master suite on the 2nd floor. The Zodiac room has a mahogany mission style king sized bed and a private bath, while the Marrakech room has 2 twin beds and a private bath. The master suite upstairs is called the Serenity Suite. With it's own private entrance, it features a wrought iron 4 poster king sized bed, a microwave and mini-fridge, a private bath, color TV, VCR and even has it's own separate satellite system. There are sliding glass doors and a palapa-covered balcony that overlooks the pool. The spacious second floor terrace is accessible from the 2nd floor bedroom or separately.
Completely air-conditioned, there are also ceiling fans and custom-made louvered vertical blinds throughout. There is daily maid service (except Sundays and major Mexican holidays), all sheets, towels and even beach towels are provided and you will be supplied with all the purified drinking water you need.
