Villas Marlin Oceanfront Condo in the Heart of the Hotel Zone
Welcome to Villas Marlin and our oceanfront condo in the heart of the Hotel Zone. This two level, three bedroom, two bathroom condominium was completely renovated this past year. Everything is new except the floors and walls.Villas Marlin is located across the street from the largest mall in Cancun, Kulkulcan Plaza, where you can find movies, bowling, restaurants, and shopping. It is also located near many other restaurants and night clubs in the hotel zone.

Our condo has two king beds and two double beds and will accommodate up to eight people. Our fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, gas oven, blender, coffee maker, and everything else needed to prepare your favorite meals.
There is a tennis court and three pools. The main pool has a swim-up bar and a lunch menu. There is a life guard on duty seven days a week.
