This desirable Cancun's Hotel Zone lies in-between a new Hilton Hotel and Club Med, 20 minutes from the airport, and ten minutes from the shopping malls.

Generously sized with 200 square feet of terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea, this one bedroom condominium features a semi-private garden and magnificent sun rises. Conveniently situated on the ground floor, the condominium provides an easy access to the swimming pools and beach, which are just a few feet away. Its perfect quietness is complemented by the sound of breaking waves.
With the complex you will find: two swimming pools with showers, a mini mart, and a tennis court.
The complex is located right on the bus line with excellent inexpensive 24-hour service operating every 2-3 minutes to reach the action places in Cancun, the bus will take only minutes.

ONE BEDROOM CONDOMINIUM description:
This condominium designed in Mediterranean-style features: two separate rooms (one master bedroom and separate dining/living room with kitchen), 200 square foot terrace, one bath, sleeps up to five persons (please note that rates are based on four-person occupancy - additional $20/night for fifth person).
Everything in the condominium is brand new, from furniture to kitchen appliances and from air-conditioning to marble floor.
Each room has both air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Living/dining room has a sofa bed that can sleep two persons. Master bedroom includes two full-size beds with satellite TV, telephone, CD and cassette player, and clock radio.
The bathroom is positioned in the middle of the condominium, dividing it in two private areas - master bedroom and a living area - if two parties share the condominium. The bath shower is generously sized and a separate vanity with a sink (outside the bathroom) offers more flexibility.
In the condominium, you will also find a keyless electronic safe, towels and beach towels, iron with ironing board, hammock, and barbecue.
Fully-equipped kitchen includes: microwave, four-burner gas stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and cooking utensils.
As usual with an upscale complex, a security-gate check and service operate on a 24-hour basis.
Note Policies:
* Check In - 3:00 PM / Check Out - 12:00 Noon.
* Clean up before and after rental, plus one-time maid service in the middle of the week is included.
* To hold the reservation a 20% deposit is necessary.
