Cancun's Best Beachfront Condo! Perfect Location! Ocean View!
Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, two level unit on the 6th floor of Villas Marlin. Located along the nicest part of Cancun Beach, guests are treated to views of the Caribbean (from 2 balconies) and the lagoon. Villas Marlin is located across from the largest shopping mall on the island, the Kukulcan Plaza Mall and only half a block from the newest, finest mall "La Isla". Distance from the airport is about 15 miles.

Why stay in a hotel? This condo sleeps 8 people (for most comfort 4 adults and 4 children is recommended) and is totally furnished and accessorized for guests. Maid service is provided every day, and other hotel advantages like towels, sheets, soap, bath robes, etc. If you're renting for a special occasion (Honeymoon, anniversary, Mother's Day) wine, flowers, fruit basket can be arranged for your arrival. Airport pick-up and drop-off can also be arranged at a nominal cost.
The Kukulcan Plaza Mall, offers visitors a wide variety of entertainment choices, among them: bowling alley, movie theatres, video arcade, bank (always change your money at the banks, you'll get a better deal) and many restaurants (all cuisines) for all tastes. "La Isla" Mall, the newest site on the island, offers great restaurant options and a Venice-like setting. Also movie theatres and a soon to open interactive aquarium that you won't want to miss.
Two golf courses are available within 1 mile from the condo... for you golf lovers!
Water sports can be found along the beach: parasailing, jetskiing, banana boat rides and others. Everything on the Cancun Peninsula is at a close distance, and transportation is never a problem. You can go with bus, taxi or simply rent your own car (not recommended, unless you take a trip outside Cancun). Car rental can be obtained at the building next to Villas Marlin (Tucan-cun).

Be sure to pack an effective topical antibiotic cream. The smallest scratch or insect bite can quickly become infected. Try "Bactriban" or "Polysporin". To prevent ringworm, the most effective product is "Nizoral" - sold over the counter as an anti-dandruff shampoo.
