This tropical escape Cancun garden apartment is a generously sized one bedroom suite with a private garden and 16 foot glassed-in terrace overlooking the Nichupta Lagoon (great for watching fabulous sunsets, sunbathing, or reading) and a separate living/dining room with a kitchenette.

The condo is conveniently located on the ground floor and at the corner of the building, thus providing an easy access (suitable for handicapped) to the pools and beach. The apartment is located in the Condominios Brisas complex/hotel (formerly Suites Brisas), situated in the Cancún's famous resort Hotel Zone, directly on the desirable Caribbean Sea side of the island. The terrific white sandy beach and the turquoise ocean are just outside your door.
Our pleasant, privately managed Cancun condo welcomes you cleaned, ready for you to enjoy your holidays. Browse in the guest book filled with tips from the owner and previous guests and get ready to have a good time. Our place offers you the best of both worlds - the quiet, beautiful beaches of Cancun's Hotel Zone and the ease of convenient, inexpensive transportation to shopping, nightlife and entertainment areas downtown. Our condo complex is located right on the bus line with an easy, excellent (24 hrs.) public transportation service to anywhere in town in addition to taxis. It takes only minutes to the Kukulcán Plaza or Plaza Caracol shopping malls, movies (in English) and entertainment centers.
Should you prefer to stay around, you can relax at our two pools, have a meal at the pool side or in the restaurant on premises or a snack in the bistro, play tennis, swim, take a ceramic class (seasonal), walk on the beach or just relax and enjoy your vacation.

Within reach - Mayan ruins (Chichen Itza, Tulum; Uxmal, Coba); several majestic haciendas; underground river park Xcaret (swim there with dolphins, see a great Mayan show, butterfly farm, turtle hatching station and more); visit natural aquarium inlet at Xel-Ha (a lot of colorful tropical fish); colonial cities of Merida and Valladolid are worth a visit; Isla Mujeres (sea turtles) or the Island of Cozumel are a nice day trip and so is Isla Contoy (a bird sanctuary). There is plenty of fishing; numerous water sports (windsurfing, snorkeling; scuba diving, water ski, jungle tours on water scooters, sailing, etc.); horseback riding; alligator farm, and so much more.
Attractions in Cancun include Golfing (the Pok-Ta-Pok course was designed by Robert Trenton); folkloric shows; fine, casual and fun dining; museums; enjoy the palette of music for dancing or listening: Cancun is full of music from salsa to rock (famous discos for all ages) to classical; duty free shopping in town; flea markets; movies; bowling; romantic and entertainment dinner cruises. The possibilities are endless.
Bedding Description:
Two separate rooms (1 bedroom plus the Living Room), air-conditioned, with additional variable speed ceiling fans in each room. The master bedroom has two full size beds (sleeps 4), radio/clock, telephone, cable TV, reading lamps, sitting area with a coffee table and ample storage closet space. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the calm and vast Nichupta lagoon from the sixteen-foot glassed-in terrace or the garden, full of blooming hibiscus (feel free to pick the flowers).
The bathroom is conveniently located between the two rooms, providing some privacy if two parties share the condo. The bathroom/shower is generously sized and a separate vanity with a sink is practically located outside the bathroom, thus offering more flexibility.
The living/dining room has a comfortable full size futon for two 2 adults, a single size couch to accommodate 1 adult; side table with a reading lamp and a radio/clock. The large wall map of the Yucatan peninsula lets you know the geography of the area. The well equipped kitchenette has a 4 burner gas stove, full size refrigerator, cooking utensils, dishes, dish towels, microwave, drinking water dispenser, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The glass round dining table (4 rattan chairs) is a nice spot to sit at, talk and to enjoy your meals and the company. Welcome to our apartment during your tropical Cancun escape.

Entry and Exit Requirements
Entering: Every island in the Caribbean has its own entry requirements. Most countries allow you to visit for up to two or three months if you show proof of U.S. citizenship and a return or onward ticket. Some countries, however, require that you have a valid passport. If you are arriving from an area infected with yellow fever, many Caribbean countries require you to have a certificate of vaccination against yellow fever. Some countries have an airport departure tax of up to $25. For authoritative information on a country's entry and exit requirements and on its customs and currency regulations, contact its embassy, consulate, or tourist office in the United States.
Returning - Caution! Make certain that you can return to the United States with the proof of citizenship that you take with you. Although some Caribbean countries may allow you to enter with only a birth certificate, U.S. Immigration requires that you document both your U.S. citizenship and identity when you reenter the United States.
The best document to prove your U.S. citizenship is a valid U.S. passport. Other documents of U.S. citizenship include an expired U.S. passport, a certified copy of your birth certificate, a Certificate of Naturalization , a Certificate of Citizenship , or a Report of Birth Abroad of a U.S. Citizen.
To prove your identity, either a valid driver's license or a government identification card that includes a photo or a physical description is acceptable.
If you lose or have your U.S. passport stolen while overseas, report it immediately to the local police and the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. A lost or stolen birth certificate or driver's license cannot be replaced outside the United States. There are several countries, most notably Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, and Jamaica, where airlines have consistently refused to board American citizens with insufficient proof of U.S. citizenship. The resulting delays can be inconvenient as well as expensive.
