Beautiful large two story condo in Villas Marlin Caribbean beachfront property in the heart of the hotel zone (between the Sheraton and Ritz Carlton). Has three pools, main pool with swim up bar.

Condo is fully air conditioned with fully-equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Bottled water. Three TVs. Large Private balcony overlooks the ocean. Large living room and dining room, four bedrooms, and three baths. No Smoking, No Pets are allowed.
3 pools on the property. Main pool has swim up bar. Life guard on duty for beach and pool, and security guards at main gate and on property. Condo Management office on property. Grocery store on property. Manager on premises, daily maid service.
Side trips can be taken to Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Tulum, Akumal, and Chich'en itz'a. Buses will take you anywhere in the city for 50 cents. Buses come by ever few minutes on Kukulcan Blvd. at the largest mall in Cancun, right in front of Villas Marlin, a five minute walk takes you to Cancun's newest beautiful venetian style mall.
Many good resturants in the area, Italian, Mexican,etc. Cancun resturant is why it is rated one of the world class resort. Tennis court on property. Diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, jetski rental, and parasailing all available. Watch the turtles come in to lay eggs in June and July; turtle babies are born in August and September.

Fishing, Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Swimming, Snorkeling & Diving, Water-skiing, Boating, Surfing, Myan Ruins, Xcaret-Island, Isla Mujeres-Cozumel & others. Management will help with tours and transfers.

Bringing Your Own Boat or Plane
If you plan to arrive in the Caribbean in your own boat or plane, contact the embassy, consulate, or tourist office of each country you plan to visit to learn what is required for entry and exit. Besides title of ownership, most ports of entry will require proof of insurance coverage for the country you are entering. Some countries require a temporary import permit for your boat or plane.
Authorities in the Caribbean are familiar with U.S. regulations for documentation of air and sea craft. They will detain improperly documented craft that enter their territory. In some countries, authorities will confiscate firearms found on a boat or plane unless the owner or master can show proof that U.S. licensing and export procedures have been followed. In addition, some countries impose stiff prison terms for the importation of illegal firearms.
