After many years of traveling we found ourselves returning time and time again to the Island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. St. Croix is where decided to make our temporary and soon to be our permanent home. We are not in the travel business but ordinary people who recognize a "Paradise" when we see one, which we would love you to share with us.

Sugar Beach is a secure complex of 46 elegant units each overlooking the ocean. Tropical foliage abounds these manicured grounds and a historic sugar mill highlights the beauty of this Caribbean retreat.
The clean white sandy beach beckons you during the day, securely inside the reef no tricky tides will disturb your serenity. You can swim, float, snorkel and boat in the tranquil turquoise waters of your Caribbean Sea without a worry. If sport is your flavor Sugar Beach has two excellent hard surface tennis courts, lighted for night play, on the grounds. Tours of St. Croix can also be arranged through the management, with their many years of experience, guaranteeing you unforgettable adventures.
Sugar Beach is ideally located. A 5-minute drive to the center of Christiansted or a 20-minute drive to the airport no place on St. Croix is more than an hour away from Sugar Beach. Supermarkets, restaurants, fast food chains, duty free shopping, a fitness center and night life are within minutes from the complex grounds.
The friendly and highly experienced management staff is on site and available to assist you during your stay to make it a "I hate to leave" experience. Sugar Beach is the destination to provide you with all the luxuries you need to experience "How Sweet It Is!"
