Built atop Cabrita point on St. Thomas' prestigious eastern tip, this luxurious private hilltop retreat provides a spectacular, incomparable 360 degree panoramic view of the British Virgin Islands (Jost Van Dyke and Tortola), St. John, Greater St. James Island, Great Bay, and Red Hook Harbor.
This luxurious custom designed 7,000 square foot Island hideaway offers 3 deluxe air conditioned bedroom suites. Each carefully designed, professionally decorated suite has a queen size bed, private bath, wet bar, refrigerator and private sun deck from which one can view the breathtaking tropical sunrises and sunsets of the Virgin Islands. The unique octagonal design of Fantasia's great room takes full advantage of the hill top location, with windows on all sides that invite splendid, unobstructed turquoise views and let gentle caribbean breezes pass though. The spacious great room houses the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room showcasing a splendid marble table with high back chairs and the living room with it's modern entertainment center.
Just beyond the cathedral ceiling of the great room lies the 3,000-square-foot Italian tile deck which wraps around the eighteen by twenty-four foot in-ground fresh water swimming pool. By night stargazers delight to the vast, open skies while soaking in the hot tub spa on the lower deck.
Nearby Attractions:
Secret Harbour Beach and Resort is a short 5 minute drive from the Villa. This beach is very peaceful with an excellent restaurant and bar overlooking the water. You can snorkel from the beach or swim out to a swimming platform and relax in the warm Caribbean sun. A great beach to watch the sunset while enjoying a cool island cocktail. The Blue Moon Cafe Restaurant, located at Secret Harbour Resort, is one of our favorite restaurants for dinner.
Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina is only 7 minutes from the Villa. This beach offers excellent snorkeling and beautiful down island views of Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, and St. John. Volleyball, sailing, kayaking, and parasailing are just a few of the many water sport activities available to you at Sapphire Beach. There is a excellent pool-bar serving lunch daily. At the Beach Bar there is music and dancing every Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Arrival Procedures
The Villa Concierge will assist in making arrangements for you to get to the Villa. A rental car is required and all rental car agencies are located at the airport.
Caretakers on Property
Caretakers live down the hill from the Fantasia and are available to assist you throughout your stay.
Maid Service
Included in the weekly rate is general cleaning and changing of linens and towels once during your stay.
Laundry Facilities
Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board are available.
Air Condition Option
All bedroom suites are equipped with air conditioning units. If you wish to use them during your stay, an additional $100.00 charge per bedroom applies.

Precaution Drugs
Take extra precautions. In your carry-on luggage bring an extra pair of eyeglasses or contact lenses and enough of any medication you take to last the entire trip. You may also want your doctor to write a spare prescription using the drug's generic name, since brand names may vary from country to country. Never put prescription drugs or valuables in luggage to be checked. To avoid customs delays, carry medications in their original packaging. And don't forget to copy down and carry addresses of offices that handle refunds of lost traveler's checks.
