Welcome to Kamalame Cay, a five star all-inclusive private island resort, situated on 96 acres, with 3 miles of pristine white sand beach; intimate marina rooms, romantic cottage & villa suites. Suites are secluded, and located on the beach, all with large soaking bathtubs/showers that look out to palm fringed ocean views. Just off the coast of Andros island in the Bahamas, where world-renowned Bonefishing flats abound. Wade on your own or hire a skiff with an expert Kamalame guide, as shown on ESPN; or Scuba dive the second largest barrier reef in the world, with our own dive-master.
Kamalame. It is a tree native to the Bahamas, but to us, Kamalame represents our two island properties, which stand out in their elegance and luxury. Although only an hour from Miami or Fort Lauderdale, they are a world apart. The islands are adjacent to the mainland of Andros Island, Bahamas. Commonly called "The Sleeping Giant," Andros is the largest island of the Bahamas, yet it remains largely unexplored and sparsely populated. Despite the isolated surroundings, Kamalame treats their guests to the utmost in amenities. Enjoy a gourmet meal surrounded by pillars of stone, or stroll leisurely down 3 miles of isolated beach. The solitude is perfect for those seeking a private and secluded holiday, without sacrificing comfort.

Kamalame Cay is separated from Andros, near the village of Staniard Creek, by a shallow inlet. The Cay is a 96 acre private island, with 3 miles of white sand beach stretching along its eastern shore. This barrier island is accessible by our ferry only, ensuring optimum privacy. It is the site of the enchanting Kamalame villas and suites, each surrounded by its own tropical garden and directly on the beach. Kamalame Cove is an island of rock now joined to the mainland by a narrow strip of sand placed by a storm several years ago. The Cove is a secluded, 4 acres of tropical wonderland, with three private, white sand beaches. Whole groves of Kamalame trees, coconut palms, hibiscus and sea grapes ensure intimate privacy. The 7,000 square foot verandah-wrapped villa is an inviting residence, perfect for two to eight people.
