The owner Franz Louis-Fernand runs the kitchen himself and has 35 years of international experience (20 years in Switzerland). Seafood, fish and a large variety of salads, all freshly prepared, are the hotels speciality, served by friendly waitresses, or Franz's wife Esther. Swiss / St. Lucian owned and managed. German and French spoken.
