Coconut Coast offers you all of the comforts of a waterfront condominium with none of the responsibilities. Situated on the coast near the village of Cruz Bay, the location of our contemporary complex combines the feeling of a charming Virgin Island retreat with access to restaurants, night spots, grocery stores, jeep rentals, dive/snorkel shops and duty-free shopping. All units are fully equipped with kitchens, queen beds, phones, T.V., air conditioning, ceiling fans and private balconies to watch the boats sail by. Enjoy a dip in the pool at the end of a day exploring and snorkeling in the National Park. Come join us in St. John, USVI.

A five-minute walk to Coconut Coast Studios on the sand pebble beach of Frank Bay offers our guests amazing sunsets and terrific snorkeling. St. John's beautiful National Park beaches are only a short drive away!

Coconut Coast Villas studio suites are perfect for two on the edge of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. The condominiums offer many of the amenities of the larger villas at a fraction of the cost. Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen from fork to blender, comfortable seating area, queen size bed, direct phone line, basic cable TV, portable AM/FM Stereo with CD player, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning.
Decorated with a rasteful traditional island flare, the finishing touch of watercolors by local artist Elaine Estern creates a fresh and relaxing atmosphere.
Suites feature a private ten by fifteen foot balcony that offers an unbeatable location to soak up the sound of the waves and the sun drenched view, as you look south watching boats sail by. If you were any closer to the Caribbean Sea the waves would be lapping against your pillow!
