St. Barts Villas for Rent by Owner

Our two private St. Barths villas are offered to you for your Caribbean dream vacation. Both of our villas are traditionally styled, each offering its own unique taste of St. Barthelemy or "St. Barts" as the Americans call the island.

More Info:
As we are family owned and operated, you will be corresponding with us directly, and not renting or leasing from an agency and rent from the owner. We care about our guests as well as our villas, and will do everything possible to make your visit comfortable and memorable.

Our St. Barts rental villas, La Récompense and Belle Vue are located in Petit Cul de Sac, minutes from the beach. Petit Cul de Sac is very quiet and very private. Both rental villas are in low traffic areas, so you are sure to not be disturbed.

We are proud to maintain high standards regarding the care of our St. Barths rental properties. Our staff are all friends of the villas, who truly care about our vacationing guests and will ensure that your stay is care free. You can meet them in the "behind the scenes" pages for both villas.

Please take some time to view our site, check out the island slideshow or the island of Saint Barts itself and if you have any questions, we will personally answer your e-mail in a timely fashion.

Caribbean Travel Tip

Bringing Your Own Boat or Plane
If you plan to arrive in the Caribbean in your own boat or plane, contact the embassy, consulate, or tourist office of each country you plan to visit to learn what is required for entry and exit. Besides title of ownership, most ports of entry will require proof of insurance coverage for the country you are entering. Some countries require a temporary import permit for your boat or plane. Authorities in the Caribbean are familiar with U.S. regulations for documentation of air and sea craft. They will detain improperly documented craft that enter their territory. In some countries, authorities will confiscate firearms found on a boat or plane unless the owner or master can show proof that U.S. licensing and export procedures have been followed. In addition, some countries impose stiff prison terms for the importation of illegal firearms.
