Our complex consists of only 20, fully equipped, one and two bedroom condominium apartments, which are located in front of the powdery, white sandy beaches of the world famous Seven Mile Beach. Dive in and make a splash in our crystal clear, Caribbean Sea - its only steps away! Our premises are landscaped with lush and colorful tropical flora for your pleasure.

When you choose to stay with us at Island Pine Villas you will be delighted with our wonderfully appointed condominiums. Our family oriented condos have all the modern day features you are accustomed to. Fully equipped kitchens, private bath, spacious living rooms, comfortable bedrooms with patios, cable TV, phone, air-conditioning, and maid service. In addition each condo features either a private balcony or patio and dining area. We provide beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience.

Driving in the Caribbean
If you plan to rent a car, be aware that most jurisdictions of the Caribbean drive on the left. The only places where you drive on the right are Aruba, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Martinique, and the Netherlands Antilles. In other places, if you are not used to driving on the left, proceed slowly and with utmost caution. You may wish to ride as a passenger for a while before trying to drive yourself.
Driving conditions and local driving patterns are different from the U.S. Many roads are narrow or winding, signs may not be in English, and in some places, domestic animals roam freely. Defensive driving is a must.
