More Info: There's a lovely stone patio area with tropical plants, a 10 ft. by 20 ft. ceramic tiled swimming pool, and a privacy fence surrounds it all. Just inside the gate is a curved wrought iron trellis covered with lush bougainvilleas that add a bit of privacy to the pool area. There are reclining lounge chairs around the pool and a covered patio with a ceiling fan, table and chairs.
Offering additional privacy for guests, there are actually 2 separate units and each one has a living area, kitchen, color TV, CD, VCR and telephone lines for local calls. There's a selection of videotapes, CDs and books, and both kitchens are fully equipped, each with a stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric juicer, dishes, glasses, cookware, and plenty of purified water. Downstairs you're only steps away from the pool through sliding glass doors from the living area and both bedrooms. Upstairs you may be a few steps away from your dip in the pool but you'll enjoy a small front terrace and a private screened porch.
The air conditioning throughout is remote controlled, there are ceiling fans, special cushioning on the beds for extra comfort, a pressurized water system and imported Price Pfister faucets for the bath and kitchen. The solid wood Mexican rustic furniture is upholstered in imported fabrics, the custom made curtains are fully lined and there's an assortment of local decorations, traditional Mexican talavera pottery, local crafts and original artwork and oil paintings. We also provide small safes with programmable digital locks.
Daily maid service is included with all weekly rentals (except for Sundays and major holidays), plus all bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided. Sheets and bath towels are changed twice during a weeks stay and guests are each provided with 2 beach towels for the week.

Caribbean Travel Tip Ocean Undercurrents If you get sucked out into the ocean by an undercurrent follow these instructions:
Do not panic, save all your strength.
Act immediately. Swim parallel to the shoreline. Even if you cannot, keep trying until you can.
What you are doing is swimming out of the undertow and into the current that will more than likely push you back to shore. Remember, in saltwater you float so you can stay alive for any number of days. Unless you are on a secluded beach a boat will reach you in time to rescue you should you fail to not be able to swim out of the undertow.
