Make L'Oasis your "dream come true." Surrounded by tropical greenery and breath taking Caribbean vistas, it is one of the few locations with a beach. This beach front property is located in the immediate neighborhood where the Presidential Family stays when vacationing in the Islands. Minutes away from a golf course (President Clinton played there) and tennis. The separate apartments may be rented individually by couples, or the whole villa can be rented as a corporate retreat, or for a large family vacation.
L'Oasis is located on the north shore, off Route 35, of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands in the exclusive Estate Peterborg. This estate comprises the outer boundary of Magens Bay, widely famed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
The villa is a short walk from where President Clinton and the First Family stay when vacationing in the Virgin Islands. Built snugly into a hillside and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, the property borders Magens Bay as well as a small secluded beach adjoining the villa offering opportunities for sunning, swimming and snorkeling in crystal clear blue waters.
The 32-square mile island of St. Thomas - one of three US Virgin Islands along with St. Croix and St. John - is located in the Caribbean's Greater Antilles, 70-miles east of Puerto Rico, 2 hours by plane from Miami or just under 4 hours via air from New York.
Amenities:
L'Oasis offers two delightfully decorated, fully furnished apartments in an atmosphere of relaxation. Outside, handset rock steps cut into the hillside lead down to a secluded white sand beach.
Singles, couples and small families will enjoy any one of the apartments. Large family reunions and corporate retreats benefit from renting the entire villa. Both apartments offer open, airy living areas with breathtaking views of Magens Bay and it's aqua blue waters.
Furnishings, appliances and entertainment equipment (TV, VCR and stereo) are included. The constant trade winds keep rooms cool, assisted by ceiling fans. Galleries outside the main living rooms shade the interiors and provide an ideal place to enjoy the spectacular view of Magens Bay Beach, named by National Geographic as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world.
