Casa Del Sol
Casa Del Sol is a charming, newly remodeled 2 bedroom and 1 bath island home. It is located only 2 blocks from the waterfront in the popular Corpus Christi neighborhood. Just 2 blocks away are Cozumel's newest and largest grocery store, the new convention center and the Plaza Las Glorias Hotel where you can rent snorkel gear for only $5 US per day and a pier where dive boats pick up divers.

Tastefully decorated in a tropical theme, there's rattan furniture and wonderful ceramic tile floors throughout the interior and on the front porch. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and the bedrooms share a hall bathroom, which boasts a beautiful hand painted Mexican ceramic sink. There's a hair dryer, iron and ironing board for guest use.
Both bedrooms and the living area are well air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. There's a color television with cable installation as well as a VCR, video library and reading library.
Both the front and back garden are tropically landscaped. There are tall almond trees, bananas and other fruit trees and tropical plants. There's an outdoor table and chairs on the private palapa covered patio in back…a perfect place to relax while sipping margaritas and enjoying a lazy tropical afternoon!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes, cookware and plenty of purified water. Daily maid service (except Sundays and major Mexican holidays) is provided, as are linens, towels and beach towels, and there's phone for local calls.
Convenience to snorkeling, dive boat pickup, and grocery shopping plus easy access to taxis makes Casa Del Sol an excellent bargain for those who desire the comfort and privacy of a real island home plus convenience and economy.
