Casa Topaz
Casa Topaz is a beautiful, air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental home with a pool on 10th Ave. South, on the 3rd street inland (approximately 500 yards) from the Mexican Caribbean. The location is fantastic. On a quiet street, but only 2 streets from a new movie theater and major grocery store with pharmacy, bakery, deli, liquor and an ATM. Several restaurants are nearby, and the main square downtown is only about 9 blocks away. Dive pier for scuba pick-up 500 yards away.

Enter the property through a decorative wrought iron gate onto beautiful stone work that surrounds the swimming pool. Just inside the gate is a trellis with lush bougainvilleas that adds to the privacy of the pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender and electric juicer. All cookware, dishes, flatware and glasses are included.
There are 2 private bathrooms with ceramic tile, imported faucets, and walk-in showers. You'll enjoy having a pressurized water system...a luxury on Cozumel.
There's whisper quiet air-conditioning with remote controls in each room, ceiling fans throughout, custom made Mexican rustic furniture upholstered in imported fabrics and the king sized beds are all specially cushioned for extra comfort. (in the front bedroom we can change the king bed for 2 twins by request) There are fully lined custom-made curtains throughout, a phone for local calls, a safe with a programmable digital lock, TV, cable, VCR, CD, and there's even a video tape, CD and reading library.
Purified water for cooking and drinking is provides, plus all linens, towels and even beach towels are supplied. For weekly rentals there is daily maid service (except Sundays and major Mexican holidays) and linens are changed twice a week.
Casa Topaz is the downstairs 2 bedroom and shares the pool and patio area with Casa Tomas, a 2 bedroom upstairs. Designed and built by a well-known local architect, Casa Topaz and Tomas are not only beautifully designed and well built, but they have been decorated with great attention to detail and a special emphasis on comfort. They can be rented as a 2 bedroom, or for a group that needs 4 bedrooms they can be rented together.
