|
More Info: Welcome to Hidden Worlds and Dos Ojos Dive Center, home of the world's best cavern dives. Hidden Worlds, located near the town of Tulum in the beautiful Mexican caribbean state of Quintana Roo, is the world's largest cavern diving and snorkelling park. With over 64 kilometers of flooded cave, the Dos Ojos system is among the three largest underground rivers in the world. The many cenotes, or sinkholes, that exist at Hidden Worlds park provide intrepid visitors with the opportunity to explore this incredible underwater world of crystal-clear water and magnificent stalactite gardens. The unparalelled beauty of the caverns at Hidden Worlds, combined with the adventure of the jungle tours offered by Dos Ojos Dive Center truly make this park a virtual haven for scuba divers and snorkellers alike.

Caribbean Travel Tip Driving in the Caribbean If you plan to rent a car, be aware that most jurisdictions of the Caribbean drive on the left. The only places where you drive on the right are Aruba, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Martinique, and the Netherlands Antilles. In other places, if you are not used to driving on the left, proceed slowly and with utmost caution. You may wish to ride as a passenger for a while before trying to drive yourself.
Driving conditions and local driving patterns are different from the U.S. Many roads are narrow or winding, signs may not be in English, and in some places, domestic animals roam freely. Defensive driving is a must.
