Bed and Breakfast accommodation on secluded beach in the Caribbean, North Caicos, Turks and Caicos Islands. Suites and Rooms, some with magnificent ocean views and sunsets, are bright, airy, tastefully furnished, cooled by ceiling fans and cooling trade winds. Guest will enjoy Large ensuite baths, private entrances with veranda or decks.

We started out in 1989 with a Bed & Breakfast. Then added our private Beachfront Villa Hideaway residence as a full time popular rental. Honeymoooners love the seclusion. Next we have 3 condo owners that asked us to be their managers and added these condos to our accommodation list.
We have the best prices on North Caicos because we do NOT charge 9% bed tax nor 10% gratuity. That is our discount to all our guests. Our own Papa Grunts Restaurant is on site at Jo Annes Bed and Breakfast Whitby Plaza rooms and suites.
Our restaurant is the only full service family restaurant on island. Your hostess, Jo Anne came here in 1980,as a Peace Corps diplomat and never left.

North Caicos noted for its 89 species of birds for bird watchers, bonefishing at its best, the largest flock of flamingoes in the Turks and Caicos Islands is on North Caicos in Whitby at Flamingo Pond. Visit famous slave ruins at Wades Green Plantation. Diving and snorkle trips arranged.Three Marys Cays our famous snorkling spot at Sandy Point can be reached by renting bicycles or a jeep. Arrangements made to see Iguana Cay by boat, visit Indian Caves on Middle.

2 Bedroom Whitby Beach Villa:
Large Queen Bedrooms with large Ensuite Baths, Full Kitchen/ Living Room /Dining/ Great Room opens to 28 foot attached screened porch. All rooms oceanviews. Very private upscale hideaway villa in landscape setting.
OCEANFRONT CONDO TOWNHOUSE
Two story Corner Unit. All Rooms Oceanviews. Second Floor:: 1 bedroom 1 ensuite bath facing ocean and pool. Top floor: living room, full kitchen and bar, large queen bedroom,ensuite bath, 3 balconies. Ground Floor: 1 bedroom 1 ensuite bath and living room facing ocean and pool. The lower level entrances has 3 sliding doors leading to your own patios. This is a quiet 10 unit complex.This privately owned unit is also available long term.
Full gratiuity breakfast at Whitby Plaza rooms and suites at Papa Grunts Restaurant on site, courtesy van for shopping, bicycle and snorkle and video rentals, computer and fax and phone service, all in the Lobby at Papa Grunts Restaurant at Whitby Plaza. Room service provided.

Entry and Exit Requirements
Entering: Every island in the Caribbean has its own entry requirements. Most countries allow you to visit for up to two or three months if you show proof of U.S. citizenship and a return or onward ticket. Some countries, however, require that you have a valid passport. If you are arriving from an area infected with yellow fever, many Caribbean countries require you to have a certificate of vaccination against yellow fever. Some countries have an airport departure tax of up to $25. For authoritative information on a country's entry and exit requirements and on its customs and currency regulations, contact its embassy, consulate, or tourist office in the United States.
Returning - Caution! Make certain that you can return to the United States with the proof of citizenship that you take with you. Although some Caribbean countries may allow you to enter with only a birth certificate, U.S. Immigration requires that you document both your U.S. citizenship and identity when you reenter the United States.
The best document to prove your U.S. citizenship is a valid U.S. passport. Other documents of U.S. citizenship include an expired U.S. passport, a certified copy of your birth certificate, a Certificate of Naturalization , a Certificate of Citizenship , or a Report of Birth Abroad of a U.S. Citizen.
To prove your identity, either a valid driver's license or a government identification card that includes a photo or a physical description is acceptable.
If you lose or have your U.S. passport stolen while overseas, report it immediately to the local police and the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. A lost or stolen birth certificate or driver's license cannot be replaced outside the United States. There are several countries, most notably Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, and Jamaica, where airlines have consistently refused to board American citizens with insufficient proof of U.S. citizenship. The resulting delays can be inconvenient as well as expensive.
