Centrally located just two blocks from the Town Square and a half block from the waterfront, the Flamingo is convenient to all that Cozumel has to offer. Excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment are just steps away, yet the Flamingo lies tucked away on a residential street where you can quietly relax after a long day of exploring the island.
Personalized service is our specialty at the Flamingo and our English speaking front desk staff can help to make your vacation special with insider's suggestions for restaurants, quiet beaches, watersports, and Mayan ruins. For Scuba Divers and snorkelers, we offer the Flamingo Divers program which features diving on world famous Palancar Reef. For sun worshipers, we offer our Beach club at Playa Azul where you can lounge away while enjoying a tropical drink or take part in a game of beach volleyball. Or explore the island via moped or car at your own pace and discover a beautiful secluded beach on the other side of the island. View Mayan ruins at San Gervasio or go horseback riding on a long white sand beach..
The options for things to do are endless while staying in Cozumel and after a long day of playing in the sun, you can come back to your home away from home at the Flamingo and relax on our roof deck and view the sunset.

The "Flamingo Divers" program allows the advanced as well as beginner diver to take part. We feature new top of the line Scubapro dive equipment for our rentals. We also offer extra services such as our dive equipment cleaning and storage to help keep your vacation worry free. A self-service rinse tank is also available for your use.
Our diving is offered through Aquatic Sports and all boats leave out of the harbor of the El Presidente at 9 a.m. and return at approximately 2:30 pm. We feature 2-tank boat diving on a large comfortable boat and a complimentary lunch is served on board. A taxi is provided from the hotel to Aquatic sports. All divers need to make arrangements in advance the night before and be ready for taxi pickup at 8:30 a.m. To arrange diving, please contact our PADI instructor who is on staff.

In each of our 22 rooms, you'll feel right at home under the tropical sun. Stucco walls in the old Mexican style, plantation shutters and air conditioning will bring you some relief from the heat after a hard day of playing in the sun... And why not have a drink before dinner on the hotel's roof veranda, gazing at the beautiful sunset over the Caribbean sea?
