The main house has three bedrooms and three baths a complete kitchen and bar, large living room with cathedral ceilings and great views overlooking the pool and sea.
The separate suite, located at ground level just under the main house, offers one bedroom, one bath, living room, dining area, and private patio. Both it and the main house are attractively furnished, and both offer you good privacy.
Amenities:
Inside the villa you will find all walls to be tongue and groove pickled cypress, high beamed ceilings, Italian tile floors, 33 channel cable TV, stereo, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and more.

Ocean Undercurrents
If you get sucked out into the ocean by an undercurrent follow these instructions:
Do not panic, save all your strength.
Act immediately. Swim parallel to the shoreline. Even if you cannot, keep trying until you can.
What you are doing is swimming out of the undertow and into the current that will more than likely push you back to shore. Remember, in saltwater you float so you can stay alive for any number of days. Unless you are on a secluded beach a boat will reach you in time to rescue you should you fail to not be able to swim out of the undertow.
