Set amid a lush and colorful landscaping, this villa offers four bedrooms (all with queen-sized beds), 5 baths, a finely equipped gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, 33 channel cable TV, stereo, CD player, washer, dryer and a foot-friendly ocean at your back door.
There are also numerous decks, covered and uncovered, a hammock, and a terrace/pool-level bonus room containing a ping pong table and an additional TV.
Built in the early 90’s, this substantial villa with its high ceilings and tasteful décor, places you in a tropical environment with more luxurious comforts than you could imagine.
Nearby Attractions:
A short drive away is an 18 hole golf course, great restaurants and friendly people. Nonstop jets fly from Miami right to the island and the villa is approximately five miles from the airport.
