Sunset Point Villa is perfect for several couples who want to vacation together, an extended family, or a couple of families looking for a relaxing place to call their own.
|
More Info: With a private pool, a game room, large kitchen, and outrageous ocean views from every room in the house, it's a great getaway convenient to the airport and shopping, but away from the noise and the crowds.
Enjoy relaxed conversation from Sunset Point’s spacious living and dining area. The living room features Cable TV and multi-disc CD stereo-system, with a library of CD’s for your listening pleasure.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, refrigerator, icemaker, and much more. It features a convenient large wood-top island and a breakfast bar with four swivel bar stools. There is also an outside propane BBQ grill on the deck just off of the kitchen. Meals can be served on two dining tables, one that seats eight, and a glass-top table in the living room area that seats four.
On the ground level, leading to the pool deck, the family/game room features a brand new 39” Toshiba television, Sony Playstation 2 with video games included, a combo DVD/VCR player, sleeper sofa, full-sized ping pong table, and plenty of board games for your entertainment.
Nearby Attractions: Decision, decisions. Let’s see… should you take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear ocean? (The water is shallow and calm in front of the villa, only about waist-high). Or is the private pool calling your name? Maybe you’ll take a four minute stroll down to secluded Taylor Bay Beach to feel the white sand beneath your feet. Or perhaps you should schedule a self-indulgent body massage and treatment poolside at the villa.
Amenities: Sunset Point features four spacious bedrooms… all with incredible ocean views, all with queen sized beds, all with ensuite bathrooms, and all with large private balconies.
The master bedroom suite in the upper story of the main house includes a gallery window that looks out over the living room area below and boasts an unrivalled view of turquoise Caribbean waters. The adjoining wing of the villa, connected by covered decks, houses the other three bedrooms. The oversized and airy first floor bedroom suite includes a conversation area with couch and chairs, and a loft level with futon bed.

Caribbean Travel Tip Travel Insurance Travel insurance is the best way to protect yourself against financial loss. The most useful plan is a comprehensive policy that includes coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, default, trip delay, and medical expenses (with a waiver for preexisting conditions).
Without insurance, you will lose all or most of your money if you cancel your trip or have to cut it short, regardless of the reason. Default insurance covers you if your tour operator, airline, or cruise line goes out of business. Trip-delay covers unforeseen expenses that you may incur due to bad weather or mechanical delays. Study the fine print when comparing policies.
For overseas travel, one of the most important components of travel insurance is its medical coverage. Supplemental health insurance will pick up the cost of your medical bills should you get sick or injured while traveling.
U.S. residents should note that Medicare generally does not cover health-care costs outside the United States, nor do many privately issued policies.
Residents of the United Kingdom can buy an annual travel-insurance policy valid for most vacations taken during the year in which the coverage is purchased.
If you are pregnant or have a pre-existing condition, make sure you're covered.
Always buy travel insurance directly from an insurance company or agent; if you buy it from a cruise line, airline, or tour operator that goes out of business, you probably will not be covered for the agency or operator's default, a major risk. Before you make any purchase, review your existing health and home-owner's policies to find out whether they cover expenses incurred while traveling.
