1. All condos are equipped with a built in dishwasher except for the one bedroom unit on the second floor, number 201.
2. A private line telephone is provided in every unit, local calls up to $20 per week are free. A credit card is required to place an operator assisted long distance call. See floor plan for individual telephone number.
3. Air conditioning is available at an additional weekly charge. Many of our repeat customers feel that air conditioning is not required and therefore we allow our guests the choice of this option.
4. Laundry service can be provided at an additional charge, alternatively there is a coin operated laundromat within three minutes drive from the Seagate.
The Seagate is a non-smoking facility. Large, comfortable balconies are provided for those who would like to smoke.
