Mount Irvine House built by one of the Largest US Oil Companies is surrounded by one of the most beautiful Golf Courses in the Caribbean and the front gate is 30 yards from the beach in front of the house.

This house was built with no expense spared and this property is perfect as a corporate property for entertaining clients with superb Golf and Exceptional Marlin and Sports fishing from 1/2 mile in front of the house.
The house is, of course, fully air-conditioned. The connecting wing comprises a large drawing room, dining room, kitchen and utility area, bordered by a splendid roofed terrace which makes an ideal outdoor area for dining, partying or just relaxing. There is seating for eight at the terraced dining table, comfortable armchairs and sofas for ten people and a completely open air area for barbecues.
The focal point of Mount Irvine House is the swimming pool, which is maintained by the staff and has underwater lights. Discreet lighting around the grounds and terraces illuminates automatically at dusk until dawn.
Amenities:
The charming terrace bar is fully equipped with an osterizer, fridge, storage space, sink and one of the house telephones. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of American appliances including two large refrigerator and freezers.
There is also a spacious laundry room with American washing machines and driers, which allows the maids to carry out a daily laundry service for guests. The house has its own automatic GM generator, which can be switched on in the unlikely event of a power failure. The house generator powers the whole house so blackouts are never a problem.
