Tosca provides luxury holiday or vacation accommodation for up to eight people in a deluxe holiday villa rental property located on the prestigious Sanctuary Villa Estate on the Caribbean coast of Tobago.

Located next to the Grafton bird sanctuary their traditionally designed semi-detached villa affords luxury accommodation within the secure Sanctuary Villa estate, close to Mt Irvine Bay and up the hill from the village of Pleasant Prospect, which boasts not only a fine restaurant - the Indigo, but also a bar, a shop, and an all important (but rare) cash point.
The nearest beaches are only five minutes walk away - though the owners’ 4X4 car, which is included in the rental price, is a lazy alternative! Tosca’s spacious living accommodation can comfortably sleep 8 (10 at a pinch) which makes it ideal for two families, or a group of friends sharing.
Amenities:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with double bed (the terrace room has 2 & the master suite a 7’ wide super king). In addition there are 2 single sofa beds which can be moved in to any room of your choice.
- All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, hairdryers and sea views
- Large living area with dining table to seat 8 comfortably
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
- Downstairs cloakroom
- Washing machine & separate dryer
- Cable TV, Radio & CD player with 5 disc auto-change
- Direct dial telephone + message service + bedside phone in master suite
- Internet access by arrangement
- Daily house/pool cleaning services except Sunday, which is Cathy & Curtis’s day off
- Large terrace (with hammock!) & splash pool
P- icnic cooler, portable loungers (4) & inflatables available for children
- Family sized gas barbeque
- 4X4 Daihatsu Terios (£200 damage excess & drivers must be over 25)
- Free flight booking service whenever possible
- On-site help & advice from Claudia & Frances at the Sanctuary Villa office (always consult with them before committing to trips or tours)

Bring light ponchos for rain gear. These can be purchased from most camping stores. Many stadiums also carry a light poncho to sell to fans of local football teams. These work great as well.
