Lofty ceilings, cool tiled floors and coralstone walls create an atomosphere of sophisticated charm in the spacious open plan living area which extends onto a large patio perfect for alfresco dining.
Mandevilla consists of 2 master bedrooms with queensize beds and two junior bedrooms with twin beds. The fifth bedroom is located on the lower floor and opens onto the garden area where there is a soothing waterfall. All rooms boast airconditioning, ceiling fans, ensuite bathrooms and patio doors.

There is a large freeform swimming pool with waterfall and spacious Jacuzzi .
This is the perfect location for the golfing enthusiast as there is a practice putting green in the large tropical garden.
