More Info:
It offers a romantic and very private hideaway with a spectacular 180 degree view of the Caribbean sea and the natural wildlife from the patio pool. The rest of the house faces the Native Rain Forest that forms the mountainous central ridge of the Island paradise.

Bamboo's Hall is a small villa located on 1-acre lot in the northwestern-most corner of Englishman's Bay Estate.

One of the most spectacular aspects of the house is that the living room and bedroom area can be opened completely to the outside to create the feeling of living under a canopy above the sea. There are ceiling fans and gentle tropical breezes flow throughout the house and patio. Up to 4 adults can sleep in the two beds--one queen-size bed and one full-size futon couch in the living room. There are two very comfortable over-stuffed chairs and ottomen as well as a dining room table that seats 6 and a variety of patio furniture.

The kitchen is equipped with a large stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffemaker, and microwave oven. All of the basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. The bathroom has a large bathtub and shower with plenty of hot water available.

Englishman's Bay is fairly remote. There are some small shops within approximately 2 miles of the house but major shopping typically requires an approximately 20 mi drive to Scarborough. Thus, a car is recommended but buses are available if you prefer. Our property manager can assist you in arranging a car and tours.

Nearby Attractions:
Mr. Jack, our landscaper, is a leading eco-forester with the government of Trinidad and Tobago. He runs a research station on the south side of the island and can lead tours to see a variety of local flora and fauna.

The tours, rental cars, cleaning and cooking can be arranged through the property manager, Ms Savita Mootoo.
