The Park Plaza Normandie San Juan is an historic 175 room, oceanfront hotel, featuring 120 one bedroom suites. Located minutes from Old San Juan, financial district and major attractions.

Excellent location for pre and post cruise. Hotel offers business center, outdoor pool, gift shop, scuba diving shop, spa, 2 restaurants and a lounge. Two golf courses and tennis courts located nearby as well as casinos and museums. Local shopping is available at nearby Plaza las Americas.
Historic hotel, close to shopping, business district, piers and main tourist attractions. Two restaurants on site, pool and spa, parking USD 10.00 per day. Hotel has sprinklers and smoke detectors in all areas, meeting rooms, gift shop, beauty salon and scuba diving shop. Hotel does not accept pets. Starting September 6, 2004 the hotel will be fenovation all rooms and lobby in stages which will cause minimum impact to the guests. The restaurant and pool will remain open.
Nearby Attractions:
Two golf courses and tennis court are located nearby. Beach area next to hotel, Scuba shop and classes offered Casinos and Museums are located within the area. Gift shop on site and nearby shopping at the Plaza las Americas located 4 miles south.
Amenities:
All rooms and suites feature coffeemakers, hairdryers, modem hook-up, in room safes, iron and boards. Accessible rooms are located on the first floor. Hotel offers all cable channels, Disney, HBO, ESPN, etc.

Jungle & Rainforest Treking
If you plan to walk into the jungle make sure you know what you are doing. Carry a GPS and know how to use it. A compass will help the experienced explorer but if you just bought it and expect to enter the jungle and knock about then you may find yourself in deep trouble.
If you have to venture into the bush then please follow these instructions:
- Tell somebody where you are going.
- Bring lots of water.
- Make sure your compass works.
- Mark your trail.
- Be visually aware and remember landmarks.
- Check to see where the sun is when you enter the bush then check your watch to see what time it is, make regular checks to orient yourself to the movement of the sun.
