This newly remodeled, elegant and comfortable villa is located on the ever popular Corcega Beach. Corcega, one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico, is well known for it's calm waters, golden sands and beautiful sunsets.
This spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental home can be rented separately as 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, as well.
Relax on the patio or the upper terrace while listening to the soothing sounds of the surf or watching the spectacular sunsets that Rincon is famous for. Brisas del Mar and Rincon, Puerto Rico are perfect for the active type or for those who just want to lie on the beach and sun-bathe, read, wonder about all the beauty in front of them or take a nap under a palm tree.

If you are the active type, there are plenty of activities nearby such as surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, there's a sports complex complete with weight room and quarter mile synthetic track, or you can just take long unforgettable walks on the beach.
During the winter months, December through March, you just may catch a glimpse of the migratory Humpback Whales right off the coast of Rincon, Puerto Rico all within view of your Brisas del Mar vacation rental home. This is one of the only places in the Caribbean where
the whales can be viewed so close to shore!

Brisas del Mar, located in Rincon, Puerto Rico is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home set into 2 apartments. There is a lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bath, apartment on the upper level and a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, apartment on the lower level. These may be rented separately or the entire house as a whole.
The elegantly furnished lower level 2 bedroom, 1 bath, apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen, all cooking utensils, range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender. The apartment offers ceiling fans, Air conditioning, satelite TV, VCR, stereo, phone, hair dryer, iron, private off street parking, beachfront patio with BBQ grill and private gate to the beach.
The upper level 3 bedroom, 1 bath, apartment has a full eat-in kitchen complete with stools, microwave, refrigerator, range, coffee maker, and more. This apartment also offers ceiling fans, air conditioning, satelite TV, VCR, phone, off street parking, private gate to the beach, large beachfront terrace with BBQ grill, washer and dryer.
