All our beautifully furnished one bedroom condos have spectacular ocean views. They each feature central air-conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining room, bath, terrace, 24-hour security, private parking, pool and beach access.

One bedroom - A comfortable king-sized bed, white rattan furnishings with cool tropical fabrics and ceramic tile floors offer all the comforts of home but in a tranquil, tropical setting.
Two Bedroom Condos - We have a choice of ocean view or city view. These two bedroom condos include a king-sized bed, two twin beds, living/dining combination, fully equipped kitchen, and bath and terrace. Washer/dryer, microwave, sheets, bath towels and beach towels are provided. On grounds amenities include pool, beach, private parking and 24-hour security. Cool rattan furnishings with soothing tropical fabrics, ceramic tile floors and central air conditioning provide a relaxing setting.

All of our apartments are in the condominium complex called Marbella del Caribe. This twin-tower hi-rise condominium is located in the heart of the popular Isla Verde tourist section on beautiful Isla Verde Beach, the most spectacular beach in San Juan.
The complex offers 24-hour security, beach access, and beautiful, private grounds that include a swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables and barbecues.
Each apartment has its own private parking space on the premises. The complex also has a beauty parlor and a mini market. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and in walking distance (2 blocks) is the elegant El San Juan Hotel and Casino, as well as three other hotels/casinos. There is a vast array of restaurants from casual to formal within a few short blocks. There are several supermarkets, numerous souvenir shops, Charlie Car Rental and a Walgreens that is open 24 hours and has just about everything one could need from food, to beauty supplies, to beach gear.
