Located in the most southwesterly point of Puerto Rico, Punta Aguila Resort is the perfect retreat for those who want to get away from it all. This bay front resort is surrounded by two natural reserves filled with bike trails and beaches. The smoothness of the bay reflects the tranquility and beauty of the area.
This comfortable suites have two air condition rooms with two full beds each, fully equipped kitchens and spacious balconies where you can have breakfast with view of the bay. The inner patio is decorated with gazebos where you can read a book or rest in the hammocks while listening to the surrounding bird life. The view of the lighthouse decorates the entire inner garden.
Bordered by two bays, the view from all the suites is magnificent. To the east across the bay is the Sierra Bermeja, and a magnificent sunrise. To the west the oceanfront suites provide a view and calmness of the wide open bay, its lighthouse and wondrous sunsets.
Nearby Attractions:
Bicycle in over a thousand acres of beachfront natural reserve. With its many trails you may take an easy ride along the beach and choose your spot or ride along advanced rugged trails also with beach destinations. A bike ride to the lighthouse is a most, once there don't miss waves crashing into the cliffs that surround it, or swim in one of the most scenic beaches in Puerto Rico. While kayaking explore the mangrove growth in the bay and their surrounding wildlife or visit the rustic and tropical fritter stand on the bay shore. Most popular among our visitors, spend lazy days just reading in a hammock in the gazebos bordering the bay.
Scuba diving and snorkeling are a 2 minute walk away, along the beach. There are many activities available nearby such as, renting a small boat, water skiing, all available within a short drive of the resort.
