Our 18 room beachfront inn, recently renovated, is a delightful new alternative to traditional high priced and crowded hotels. We combine the warmth, hospitality and personal attention of a bed and breakfast with a good quality product, offering many of the facilities of big and expensive hotels at a much lower price.
Tres Palmas is also a perfect location for the business traveler as we are only 15 minutes away from the Hato Rey banking and business district. We also offer complimentary local calls and our telephones are equipped with data ports for computer hook-up. You can also send and receive faxes and E-mail without charge.
At Tres Palmas, you can enjoy the warm ocean water just across the street, only a few yards away from our front door, or swim in our outdoor pool located in a secluded courtyard.

Tres Palmas Inn is nestled between the two main tourist destinations of San Juan: The Condado to the west and Isla Verde to the east where you can find a wide variety of fine restaurants, luxury hotels and casinos.
At Tres Palmas, you can enjoy the warm ocean water just across the street, only a few yards away from our front door, or swim in our outdoor pool located in a secluded courtyard. Relax and romance on our rooftop sundeck while soaking in the Jacuzzi, viewing the blue-green Atlantic ocean framed with palm trees. It doesn't get much better than this!
Amenities:
Each one of our guest rooms has a private entrance, private bathroom, air conditioning, Cable TV, telephone, ceiling fan and safe. All of the rooms have a small refrigerator. One and two bedroom suites with kitchen are also available. We have a wheel chair accessible unit for the handicapped.
