VillaPlaya is located in the heart of a small unspoiled fishing village Punta Rucia(150 inhabitants). Very safe, family environment.
Small unspoiled fishing village (150 inhabitants). Very safe, family environment. 2 small restaurants (order in advance), 2 grocery stores,1 local discotheque with out door poolrooms. Salsa music and local life style assured.
- Every day fresh fish and live lobsters
- Swimming, snorkelling in front of the house and on the barrier reef
- Hiking along the Atlantic Coast. Long walks
- Visit our small neighbouring island miles away from anybody.
- Horse back riding on beaches and country side.(no cars around, no traffic)
- Fishing with local fisherman
- Manatee protected mangrove at 10 minutes by car.(a 20km2-55 acres)mangrove (not more than 5 tourists a week)
- On west side another mangrove,very different nice mangrove.20 minutes with the boat.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is the best way to protect yourself against financial loss. The most useful plan is a comprehensive policy that includes coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, default, trip delay, and medical expenses (with a waiver for preexisting conditions).
