Our newly built Sea Breeze at the Kaibo is a quiet luxury oceanfront condo located in the exclusive, upscale Cayman Kai neighborhood at Rum Point. This is the perfect setting for that quiet, relaxing vacation on the white sand beach.

More Info: Our newly constructed first floor luxury unit is 1017 sq.ft. and sleeps 4-6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, central air, pool, lanai, cable TV, DVD, CD, stereo, beautiful decorating, washer, dryer, sofa/sleeper, and complete kitchen.
You will love the beautiful views from the condo with 17 feet of glass doors facing the water. Walk out the front door and you are right on the beach. Park your chair under the palm trees or thatched roof gazebos and read a book or just relax in the gentle ocean breezes. Take an early morning walk on the beach with that fresh cup of coffee, or enjoy some swimming or snorkeling right in front of the condo. Walk 50 yards down the beach to the Kaibo Yacht Club and enjoy beachside lunches and drinks, or visit Cecil’s 5 star restaurant in the evening for fine dining. Boat trips, snorkeling and dive trips, sunset dinner cruises are right next door at the Kaibo. Don’t miss a trip out to Stingray City. Just a short boat ride from Rum Point. You can play with and feed the stingray right in middle of the ocean in 3 feet of water.
Nearby Attractions: The pool is fantastic for sunning or just cooling down in the fresh water. There is a heated Jacuzzi at the end of the pool that is perfect for a late evening relaxing time. Beach towels are provided in the condo. Other water sports like snorkeling, diving, fishing, jet skis, banana boats, trips to Stingray City are available blocks away at Rum Point from Red Sail Sports.
Amenities: Master Bedroom: Ocean view, one queen size bed, dresser, night stands, ceiling fan, all linens, 8 foot patio door with blinds, and ceramic tile floor.
Bedroom: Two twin size beds, dresser, night stands, ceiling fan, all linens, window blinds, and ceramic tile floor.
Bathrooms:Two bathrooms with shower, vanity, linens, hair dryer, beach towels.
Living Room: Ocean view, large sofa/sleeper, two chairs, coffee table, Entertainment unit, 9 foot patio door, ceiling fan, imported tile floor, two wicker end tables.
Kitchen: AAll new cabinets, glass top stove, microwave, Refrigerator , dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, silverware, dishes, pots/pans, disposal, and all the utensils
Laundry: Washer and dryer, iron, ironing board.
Entertainment: Cable TV, DVD, Stereo, CD, Telephone, lots of DVDs, books, cards
Lanai: Table and chairs for four, chaise lounger, ceiling fan, tables and lamps. Incredible view.
Miscellaneous: Pool, Jacuzzi, central air, on call manager.
