Villa Boice
St. Maarten is a wonderful gem of an Island. It consists of two countries - one Dutch and one French. Its fabulous sand beaches and turquoise seas will make your vacation getaway a memorable one.
|
More Info: Of course, the end of a perfect day is knowing that ourbeautifulvilla awaits you.
Located in the private, secured community of CoralShores, ourbeautifulvilla is just a few feet away from the Caribbean Sea on the Dutch side of the Island. The villa sits above the Caribbean Sea and on a coral reef. A short walk away is a sandy cove where you can take a dip or snorkel along the reef. The deck is a terrific place to relax and read--or watch the sailboats and cruise ships as they pass by--or perhaps enjoy a nightcap after dining and dancing at one of St. Maarten's fabulous clubs. The days will pass by swiftly. You will want to come back for more!! We have been told that this is the best St. Maarten rental on the Island!!
We purchased our first villa in St. Maarten in 1989 and started renting our villa the same year. We found the villa rental business exhiliarating as we got to "meet" new friends through renting our villas. Over the ensuing 10 years we purchased four villas and grew our business. We both worked "day" jobs in Corporate America-Scott for a small Boston based chemical company and Lorraine for a large pharmaceutical company. Renting our villas (and those of our friends who also own in St.Maarten) was an opportunity for us to satisfy our "entrepreneurial" leanings. About a year ago we decided to "downsize" and now have one villa, VillaBoice, located on the Dutch side of the Island on Pelican Key. VillaBoice is in a small, private, secured community named Coral Shores. Coral Shores is probably the best kept secret on St. Maarten. It is situated on seven acres of land replete with tropical flora and fauna on the edge of the Caribbean Sea . There are 26 villas owned by people of varying nationalities. We have an on-site Manager, Lillian, who keeps things running smoothly. We have owned VillaBoice in Coral Shores for ten years and have recently extensively renovated it. It perches about five feet above the Caribbean Sea on a coral shore (the name of our community!!). We plan to spend a lot of time here but want to share it with others as well. We hope you will be a guest of ours one day.
Amenities: Our three bedroom, three bath, vacation villa is fully equipped with your every need in mind. Although St. Maarten is known for its wonderful restaurants, the villa's gourmet kitchen allows you to dine in looking over what some have described "as the best view on the Island." The sunsets viewed through our window walls are simply spectacular.

About Kingston Jamaica - Jamaica Few Caribbean islands can offer up the diversity of our island country - where there's so much more than "rum, sun & raggae" - especially in the often overlooked capital city of Kingston, the heartbeat of Jamaica and the second largest English-speaking city south of Miami, Florida. Kingston overlooks what is the seventh largest natural harbour in the world. Like a fan, the city spreads north from the harbour as far as the foothills of the famous Blue Mountains - impressive peaks that form a glorious backdrop to the whole.

Caribbean Travel Tip Safety Tips Crime Information. Most visitors to the Caribbean have a relatively safe trip. However, thievery, purse snatching, and pick pocketing do happen, particularly in cities and at beaches. There has also been an increase in violent crimes, such as rape and assault against tourists. In some places, U.S. passports and identity documents are especially attractive to thieves. Robbery of yachts is a problem in some marinas.
Here are some precautions to keep in mind:
-- Safety begins when you pack. Leave expensive jewelry, unnecessary credit cards, and anything you would hate to lose at home.
-- Use a concealed money pouch or belt for passports, cash, and other valuables.
-- To facilitate replacing a lost or stolen passport, carry two extra passport photos and a photocopy of your passport information page and other identity documents with you in a separate place from those items.
-- Do not take valuables to the beach. When possible, use the hotel safe when you go to the beach or into town.
-- When you enter a marina, register with the local government authorities.
