Bungalows Piton
In the most typical region of Guadeloupe, on the hillside above Deshaies, you will be welcomed in one of our 8 bungalows imbedded in tropical gardens overlooking the Caribbean Sea, near the beach of Grande Anse, one of the largest and most beautiful of the island, not far from the small towns of Deshaies and Sainte-Rose.

You may choose a bungalow
- for 2 persons,
- for 2 persons and 2 children,
- or 2 bungalows side by side where 5 to 6 persons can be lodged.
Baby beds are at your disposal.
The bungalows are built from Guyana wood in typical creole style and have: a living room - terrace of 20m² with an equipped kitchen, a bar with built-in radio set, liners and cane chairs, one or two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilets.
Amenities:
At the reception bungalow, a TV room, a library and newspapers are at your disposal as well as a washing machine, a dryer and a small grocery shop. Our guests can make use of an open air terrace with BBQ, a coin phone, a shower and toilets.
Car rental is recommended to be able to take advantage of all the possibilities for excursions and hiking in the tropical forest or of the water activities and sports to be done in the surroundings.

Bringing Your Own Boat or Plane
If you plan to arrive in the Caribbean in your own boat or plane, contact the embassy, consulate, or tourist office of each country you plan to visit to learn what is required for entry and exit. Besides title of ownership, most ports of entry will require proof of insurance coverage for the country you are entering. Some countries require a temporary import permit for your boat or plane.
Authorities in the Caribbean are familiar with U.S. regulations for documentation of air and sea craft. They will detain improperly documented craft that enter their territory. In some countries, authorities will confiscate firearms found on a boat or plane unless the owner or master can show proof that U.S. licensing and export procedures have been followed. In addition, some countries impose stiff prison terms for the importation of illegal firearms.
