Hostellerie des Trois Forces - Saint-Barth - F.W.I. Enjoy a wonderful stay in this beautiful small hotel. Chef Hubert De la Motte will greet you next to the pool, prepare a memorable meal, and give you an astrological reading. There’s no better way to spend a vacation in the sun!
|
More Info: Each cottage, named for a different astrological sign, is unique: some are done in traditional stone, others are in wood, some are decorated in soothing pastel tones, others in natural earth tones, or clear Caribbean colors.
All the cottages have a private terrace and some are equipped with kitchenettes. The advantage of Trois Forces' location is that each of the rooms has a view of the Atlantic. Hubert will help you to choose the room that's ideal for you. In the morning, you can have breakfast around the pool.
Nearby Attractions: The Hostellerie des Trois Forces is an out-of-the-ordinary retreat where each guest can tailor services to address his/her personal development needs. It's also a gathering place for practitioners from different holistic disciplines and modalities.
Throughout the year, you can meet visiting practitioners from many different countries and participate in seminars and workshops or book private consultations.
You can also ask Hubert to spend some time discussing astrology with you. Your options are numerous, just let him know where your interests lie. Astrology Hubert Delamotte is an astrologer emeritus who has been spinning charts for over twenty years. In that time, he has been solicited by people from all walks of life the world over for his astrological counseling and insights in all the different domains of astrology: karmic, spiritual and health, finances, stock markets, relocation, compatibility charts, natal charts, progressed charts, planetary transits, etc.
Between his hotel, his astrological counseling practice and his restaurant, Hubert has a very busy schedule, but if you would like to have an astrological reading, he'll certainly find the time to work with you. Other disciplines
Other holistic services that are available through the Trois Forces include massage therapy, osteopathy, kinesiology, stress management, aromatherapy, chromatherapy, music therapy, past life work, rebirthing and yoga. The workshop schedule is constantly changing.
If you have particular questions about the types of services offered, or about scheduled events, don't hesitate to ask Hubert for details and availability.
Amenities: Since 1984, we've been making the same mistake: the menu is still the same! It's undoubtedly why guests keep coming back to the Trois Forces whenever they have the chance. For lunch, you can order whatever you like and enjoy your meal by, or even in the pool, (their pool bar allows you to sit in the water while enjoying your lunch or cocktail.
Then, night settles quietly around the inn. Imagine the evening by the pool. As the moon rises to cast a silver shimmer to the ocean, you can sip your cocktail and enjoy the grace of the moment before leisurely heading to your table.
Over a candlelit dinner, Hubert will serve you delicious dishes in a subtle and casual atmosphere as the trade winds gently sway the palms. You can enjoy tableside specialties: flambees, meats and fish prepared and expertly cut at your table, and you'll enjoy all the attentions and services synonymous with gourmet dining. Traditional French and Creole cuisine, as well as delicious vegetarian dishes, are all featured on the menu.
After you've finished dining, if you would like, Hubert will come to your table and spend some time talking about St. Barth, about astrology, and life. You'll leave with a light and joyous heart, your senses humming. Indeed, food is love.

If you have to venture into the bush then please follow these instructions:
- Tell somebody where you are going.
- Bring lots of water.
- Make sure your compass works.
- Mark your trail.
- Be visually aware and remember landmarks.
- Check to see where the sun is when you enter the bush then check your watch to see what time it is, make regular checks to orient yourself to the movement of the sun.
