Beautiful Private Villa with full kitchen, air conditioning, large living & dining room, 3 bedroom/3 bath, with pool and hot tub located in the Parc de la Baie Orientale gated community, near Esmeralda Resort in French St. Martin. Property is only a 1/4-mile walk from Orient Beach, widely known as the 'Riviera of the Caribbean'. Only a 5-minute drive to Grand Case, the dining capital of St. Martin, and equidistant from the towns of Marigot and Philipsburg. Television and washing machine on site. The villa has a caretaker in a separate apartment next to the main villa and has an off-site property manager who will meet you at the airport, get you to your rental car company (or taxi) and lead you to Villa Belfiore. Manager is also on call during your stay.

many others are a short drive away.
- Restaurants: 3 are walking distance, many others are 10 minutes by car.
- Casinos: Several located on the Dutch side of the island (within 30 minutes drive).
