Maderiman Beach Club
This gorgeous beachfront hotel sits right on Anguilla's most beautiful curve of sand, Shoal Bay East. Its clear calm water and reef-protected cove make for excellent snorkelling, diving and water sports.Powder-white sand stretches for one and a half miles with intimate inlets for those who seek privacy.

More Info: The hotel completed December 2000 has five comfortable rooms that are fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished with Mexican pine furniture and Caribbean art.
Each room has a large sliding glass door that opens onto your own shaded veranda that faces the ocean. Here you can relax or dine with a charming view or watch the sun rise or set over the sparkling water. From the veranda, the stairs lead directly onto the beach and the ocean is just steps away.
From the east a refreshing breeze blows through the lush flowering gardens that surround this small intimate hotel offering privacy and a relaxed island feel.
A beachfront restaurant, Madeariman Reef Restaurant, is located on the hotel property along with a small beach bar that offers live entertainment on Sunday afternoons. Shoal Bay East also offers a selection of casual beach restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. Shoal Bay Scuba is located just a short walk down the beach.
For the convenience of the guests, the hotel has a large generator that provides electricity in the event of a power failure.
Nearby Attractions: Your accommodations are just barefoot steps away from the most beautiful beach on Anguilla, Shoal Bay East…a long stretch of powder white sand, clear blue water with an active reef close enough to the shore for a casual swim or snorkel.
Shoal Bay East is located on the north side of Anguilla which allows for both incredible sunrises and breathtaking sunsets over crystal clear water.
Amenities: Front Office Our front office has for your enjoyment a 'give and take' library in case you forgot reading materials for the beach. Also available are games such as backgammon, cribbage, dominos, and cards. A VCR is available for a small fee along with complimentary children's videos.
Housekeeping Our friendly housekeeping staff gladly provide daily maid service for our guests.
Weddings If you are planning on getting married in Anguilla, let us help you arrange for a minister. If you have already been married and are looking to spend you honeymoon in Anguilla, we can recommend some romantic places to visit and activities to enjoy.
Car Rental The staff will be happy to arrange (either in advance or upon arrival) a rental car to be delivered to the hotel.
Scuba Located just a short walk away from the hotel is Shoal Bay Scuba. We will be happy to make inquiries for you or arrange for a dive.
Charters Charters for power boating, sailing, fishing trips and a glass bottom boat tour can be arranged through our front office.
Dining Reservations Our staff will be happy to recommend you to some of our favourite restaurants and call to make reservations for you.

Caribbean Travel Tip Ocean Undercurrents If you get sucked out into the ocean by an undercurrent follow these instructions:
Do not panic, save all your strength.
Act immediately. Swim parallel to the shoreline. Even if you cannot, keep trying until you can.
What you are doing is swimming out of the undertow and into the current that will more than likely push you back to shore. Remember, in saltwater you float so you can stay alive for any number of days. Unless you are on a secluded beach a boat will reach you in time to rescue you should you fail to not be able to swim out of the undertow.
