If you've traveled to St. Maarten in the past, come back to Dawn Beach & Oyster Pond and see all the changes. The roads have been repaved and are like new again.
This tropical estate has everything for the discerning traveler. The main house boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, marble floors and all imaginable amenities. Each bedroom has a private bath and air conditioning. Three of the four bedrooms have their own entrances, allowing for privacy when traveling with friends. The separate guesthouse hosts a large studio apartment, fully equipped with a bathroom, kitchen, sleeping area, living room / dining room combo and private patio and balcony. The large pool and deck overlook Oyster Pond and Dawn Beach with some of the most breath-taking views in the Caribbean. This property offers privacy and seclusion, yet it is almost directly on the beach.
Nearby Attractions:
A short walk across the street and you are on Dawn Beach, one of the best beaches for snorkeling. There are also bars, restaurants, and a small market within walking distance.

Jungle & Rainforest Treking
If you plan to walk into the jungle make sure you know what you are doing. Carry a GPS and know how to use it. A compass will help the experienced explorer but if you just bought it and expect to enter the jungle and knock about then you may find yourself in deep trouble.
If you have to venture into the bush then please follow these instructions:
- Tell somebody where you are going.
- Bring lots of water.
- Make sure your compass works.
- Mark your trail.
- Be visually aware and remember landmarks.
- Check to see where the sun is when you enter the bush then check your watch to see what time it is, make regular checks to orient yourself to the movement of the sun.
