Cupecoy Beach Club is an oceanfront resort condominium property located on the Dutch side of the island consisting of sixty privately owned villas. There are a select number of units available for rental when the owners are off-island.
Deluxe rooms, one-bedroom suites, two and three-bedroom villas are offered in both gardenview and oceanfront locations. All accomodations are fully air-conditioned, custom furnished, and feature imported tile floors, satellite TV, and terraces or balconies. Each of the suites and villas offer fully equipped kitchens, and spacious living areas for family relaxation or quiet intimate dining.
It is conveniently located, just seven minutes from Princess Juliana International Airport. Twenty minutes away is Philipsburg, the Dutch capital, which provides a wealth of duty free shops. Marigot, the French capital of St. Martin, only ten minutes away, boasts fine restaurants and high fashion boutiques.
Nearby Attractions:
Surrender to the allure of the turquoise sea and the unique sandstone cliffs and caves of Cupecoy Beach. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets at the cliff side beach bar situated along the steps to the beach or sip a cool drink at the swim-up bar in our freshwater swimming pool.
Recreation is located within easy reach offering nightlife, casinos, tennis, golf, and watersports. The property adjoins the only golf course on the island and just behind the course you will discover yet another beach!
Atlantis Casino is located across the street offering gambling excitement, restaurants, and an outdoor piazza.
