Vacation rental in the Caribbean. You definitely knocked at the right door if you are looking to rent a charming and intimate studio apartment, in a very nice and peaceful residential area. Great spot!

Located at CĂ´te d'Azur Marina (Waterfront Private Beach Villas) in the Dutch Lowlands of the island of Sint Maarten / Saint Martin. Through a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, stairs lead down to an elegantly decorated and fully furnished studio apartment right on the water. Banana studio has a king size bed, a living room area with a sleep 2 sofa, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchenette, and a large terrace with an outdoor dining table, and a nice view overlooking the lagoon, banana trees, and the French side of the island.
Nearby Attractions:
-The famous Cupecoy Beach, Mullet Bay, a quaint supermarket, restaurants, a casino, a cybercafe, and the Mullet golf court are 5 to 10 min walking distance.
- Baie Rouge, Baie Longue, Maho Beach and Plum Bay are 5 to 10 min driving distance.
- 10 to 15 min driving distance to Marigot (capital of the French side), and 20 min to Philipsburg (capital of the Dutch side).
- 10 min drive from/to Princess Juliana airport.
