Our units are immaculate, modern, and sit directly on the beautiful 2+ mile long Simpson Bay Beach, where you can relax for the whole day and see only 4-5 people out sunning or walking.
(This beach is one of St. Martin/Sint Maarten's best kept secrets!)
No crowds, no hi-rise hotels, just gentle waves (with no undertow), soft white sand, and plenty of peace and quiet. Just imagine yourself stretched out on our provided beach lounges, reading that novel you have been meaning to read, soaking up our tropical rays of sunshine!
Oceans Edge Condos are privately owned beachfront condos that are rented to vacationers who do not wish to stay in a plain boring hotel room.
And they want true beachfront accommodations at a really great price. That is why our units are in such demand!
All of our units are equivalent to a deluxe suite in an upscale hotel chain, but without the crowds and nosey hotel staff with their hands stretched out for tips.
Our guests prefer the privacy of staying in a privately owned condo, decorated in a tropical motif, which truly sits directly on the beach with their own private beach terrace.
No elevators or crowds! You literally take three steps off your private terrace directly on to beautiful 2+ mile long pristine Simpson Bay Beach!

Ocean Undercurrents
If you get sucked out into the ocean by an undercurrent follow these instructions:
Do not panic, save all your strength.
Act immediately. Swim parallel to the shoreline. Even if you cannot, keep trying until you can.
What you are doing is swimming out of the undertow and into the current that will more than likely push you back to shore. Remember, in saltwater you float so you can stay alive for any number of days. Unless you are on a secluded beach a boat will reach you in time to rescue you should you fail to not be able to swim out of the undertow.
