This beautifully built private villa, located on the Southeast side of Nevis, is nestled high in the foothills of the majestic Nevis Peak . The location attracts the more adventurous traveler looking for privacy, nature, and a comfortable home base for island discovery. The villa is constructed of green heart and purple heart wood imported from South America.

It is surrounded by a spectacular garden of tropical plants and flowers. The local green vervet monkey, is also a fixture. The clearly-marked nature trail which affords hikes through the rainforests, and exploration of the indigenous flora and fauna, starts and ends at the villa. Guided tours are available. One of the assets of being perched high in the hills allows a commanding, panoramic view of the lush slopes of Nevis Peak, the clear azure waters of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean, and the neigbouring islands of Antigua , Redonda and Montserrat, and indeed, the absolute stunning beauty of Nevis. The weather is almost always warm and sunny. Attractions like the world-famous, Pinney's Beach, the capital, Charlestown with its colonial structures, and the local restaurants, are all just a short drive away.
