Our condos are located on Pelican Key Beach overlooking Lay Bay in Dutch Sint Maarten. These luxury condos are beautifully furnished and have incredible ocean views. Amenities include a spacious beachfront patio with a fresh water infinity pool and a shallow children's/soaking pool, maid service, fully equipped kitchens, cable TV and VCR.
The condos Point Blue are right on the beach, with more beautiful beaches, casinos, shopping, fine gourmet restaurants, golf and tennis just minutes away.
Point Blue One Bedroom
Located right on the beach in prestigious Pelican Key, this spacious one-bedroom, air-conditioned condominium has a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining table that seats four comfortably.
The beautifully furnished living room is equipped with Cable TV and a sofa that converts to a queen sized bed.
The bedroom with queen bed includes a private bath. The condo has a washer and dryer and maid service is provided during your stay.
Point Blue Three Bedroom
Located in prestigious Pelican Key, this spacious 2400 sq ft condominium consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and laundry room. The beautifully furnished living room provides plenty of comfortable seating and has cable TV, VCR, a stereo and CD player.
The large 630 sq. ft. great room boasts a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Eight people can be seated comfortably at the dining table.
Oversized sliding glass doors lead you from the great room to the spacious 490 sq. ft. porch where 'postcard' views of the patio, beach and ocean can be enjoyed.
The master bedroom provides a fabulous view of beach and sky. Sliding glass doors opening to the porch allow the gentle sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep. This bedroom is appointed with a king bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
One guest bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with shower. The second guest bedroom features twin beds and a bathroom with shower. Maid service is provided during your stay.
One Bedroom Condo At Cae Jae Haven
Located in prestigious Pelican Key, this spacious air-conditioned condominium has a well equipped kitchen. The beautifully furnished living room provides entertainment with cable TV. The sofa converts to a queen size bed when extra sleeping accommodations are needed.
Along with one bedroom with a king bed and two bathrooms with showers, this condo is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Maid service is provided during your stay.
This condo has a front porch with an ocean view and is located just a stones throw of the beach. And there is ample parking right at the door.
Directly behind the condo is a beautiful deck with a large pool and barbeque.
