Splash is located just minutes drive from some of the most pristine white sand beaches, such as nearby Rendezvous Bay and some of the finest restaurants in the Caribbean. A holiday at Splash! includes a complimentary welcome amenity, a stock of breakfast items of your choice and maid service.
Splash! has a refreshing charm and a pleasant open design bringing the outdoors inside. The villa was lovingly crafted by its designer/builder to capture the essence and beauty of the Caribbean - natural light, water, cool tradewinds and spectacular vistas.
Splash! has a pleasant open design and is decorated in colourful Caribbean style. The roomy kitchen is well-appointed with hand-made mahogany cabinets which exude a warm feel. It is equipped with the modern conveniences including an oven/stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
The kitchen flows into the dining area which overlooks the sunken living room and pool deck, with St Martin lying beyond. The hand-carved stone wall and detailed wood trimmings add a special touch to the living area.

Besides title of ownership, most ports of entry will require proof of insurance coverage for the country you are entering. Some countries require a temporary import permit for your boat or plane.
Authorities in the Caribbean are familiar with U.S. regulations for documentation of air and sea craft. They will detain improperly documented craft that enter their territory. In some countries, authorities will confiscate firearms found on a boat or plane unless the owner or master can show proof that U.S. licensing and export procedures have been followed. In addition, some countries impose stiff prison terms for the importation of illegal firearms.
