So far the most attractive beach nearby Dar es Salaam. Only 20 kilometers north from the city center, still in town, but with a dream beach like on the country side. As it is shown on the map, there is no reef in front which means best full sandy swimming facilities the whole day not depending on the tide. Make an excursion on the weekend to the popular "Silver Sand Hotel" from there only 100 meter north - you will find the MyBeach board on the gates.
The beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 are self-contained, big kitchen and a small food storage room and huge living room with dining facility. Outside on one far corner a 2-room servant quarter which enables the occupier a total privacy as is separated by a brick wall. Additionally a tower for the water tank.
House built on sandy beach with some space for other developments as remains plenty of space on front of the main house which overlooks the sea.
