Every room has its own private terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea and beautiful palm-fringed Lindberg Beach. Cable TV, direct dial telephone and individually-controlled air-conditioning are included in all rooms. Convention and meeting facilities are also available for groups of up to 150 persons. Best Western Carib Beach Resort is ideally situated on Lindberg Bay, near the Airport and just minutes from the Downtown, inter-island ferries and a wonderful variety of island activities. This is the most affordable Beach Resort on the Island.

Are you near the beach?
We are on the water's edge and have a small sandy beach area. We have a sister resort at Emerald Beach.
How far are you from the Airport? 1/4 mile
How far are you from Downtown? 2.5 miles
Do you have a shuttle from the airport?
No we don't, however taxis are always available and the charge is approximately $2.50 per person. Taxis add $.50 per bag.
Do you have a shuttle to Downtown? Yes, we do have a daily free shuttle to the Downtown Duty Free shopping.
Is Breakfast included in the price of the room? Continental Breakfast is included.
Are you near a Shopping Center and Restaurants?
Yes, we are 1.5 miles from Frenchtown which has several fine cuisine Restaurants, Cafes and Bars.
Can you go to the British Islands from your location?
The ferry boats to the British Virgin Islands (BVI's) are about 2 miles away at the "Tortola Wharf". These ferry boats cost about $25 per person each way and leave several times a day, with the last return from Tortola at about 3-4 pm. (Proof of citizenship required).
How far is St. Croix from you?
St. Croix is 40 miles to our south. Seaplane service to St. Croix is adjacent to the "Tortola Wharf" The Hydrofoil is just past the wharf.
How far is St. John?
2 miles of water separate St. Thomas (Red Hook) and St. John. This ferry is $3.00 per person each way and takes 20 minutes. Every hour on the hour from 7am to 11 pm. From Downtown to St. John is about 8 miles. This ferry is $7.00 per person each way and takes about 40 minutes. Every 2 hours at 9am 11, 1, 3 and 5:30 pm. The last return is 3:45 pm.
What Else?
The Limnos Power Catamaran provides a day excursion to the BVI's (Virgin Gorda and Norman Island). Cost is about $100 per person. The Atlantis Submarine departs the Cruise Ship Docks every hour for a two hour tour from 9am to 3 pm. Cost is about $72 per person and reservations are mandatory as seating is limited.

Carry an extra supply of batteries, and be prepared to turn on your camera, camcorder, or laptop to prove to security personnel that the device is real.
