The Mini-Suite with 2 Double Beds
The 2 double bed mini-suite offers you the luxury of a private entry and patio area, a microwave oven, refrigerator, and a nice fold down table. Combine that with a coffee maker and you have everything you need in a very spacious room that offers so much more than a conventional hotel room ever could!
The Mini-Suite with 1 King Size Bed
In addition to the amenities provided in our other mini suite, the king bed mini-suite has two additional amenities. There is a large desk with office chair, and for an optional $29.95 per week we can connect you to our DSL high speed internet access. Of course you still have the luxury of a private entry and patio area, a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and the fold down table.
The Maxi-Suite
If you need lots of room for your family, or if hotel rooms make you feel like a sardine in a can then you will love our maxi-suite. You get a huge bedroom, a gigantic great room complete with an entertainment center, and a huge kitchen that will satisfy even the most demanding chef. Large walk in closets, and two private patios with beautiful tropical views.
The Maxi-Suite +1 (The 2 Bedroom Option)
If you need lots of room for the whole gang we offer the ability to combine the mini and maxi suites into a spacious two bedroom vacation home. You get three separate entrances and three private patio areas. This option is perfect for splitting the rental fees between 2 couples, and still maintain complete privacy with the separate entrances. Definitely a kid friendly setup that still gives mom and dad some private space as well.
The Entire Villa
For the ultimate vacation you can rent our entire villa. This is the perfect option if you have several friends coming with you or you have a large family. There is enough room for everyone to have their space. This is a very popular option so be sure to make your reservation well in advance.
The Studio
The studio offers you the ability to prepare some of your meals using the completely equipped kitchenette. For those times when you want a quick breakfast or lunch and going out to a restaurant seems like a hassle. You can't beat the convenience and cost savings of our studio. Remember that all of our floor plans have images associated with them.

Bringing Your Own Boat or Plane
If you plan to arrive in the Caribbean in your own boat or plane, contact the embassy, consulate, or tourist office of each country you plan to visit to learn what is required for entry and exit. Besides title of ownership, most ports of entry will require proof of insurance coverage for the country you are entering. Some countries require a temporary import permit for your boat or plane.
Authorities in the Caribbean are familiar with U.S. regulations for documentation of air and sea craft. They will detain improperly documented craft that enter their territory. In some countries, authorities will confiscate firearms found on a boat or plane unless the owner or master can show proof that U.S. licensing and export procedures have been followed. In addition, some countries impose stiff prison terms for the importation of illegal firearms.
